Fifteen years of getting it right

Sabprabs Toys started as a single shop floor in Bengaluru, stocked by two people who kept turning down suppliers whose paperwork did not match their samples. That habit never left. Today we carry over 2,400 products and ship across India, and the rule is still the same: if we would not hand it to a child in our own family, it does not go on the shelf.

What we actually check

• Certification — BIS or EN71 papers verified against the batch, not just the brochure
• Small parts — every item tested against the small-parts cylinder before it is age-graded
• Finish — edges, seams and paint checked on samples from each shipment
• Batteries — button-cell compartments must be screw-secured or the item is rejected

Age grading, honestly

An age label is a safety boundary, not a marketing line. Where a toy contains small parts it is marked 3+ and stays marked 3+, even when it would sell better in the toddler aisle. If you are buying for a child at the edge of a range, call us — we would rather talk you into the right thing than process a return.
