How your order travels, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are picked, checked and dispatched the same day. Every parcel is opened and verified against the order before it is sealed — it is the single cheapest way to stop a wrong toy reaching a birthday.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities — 2 to 3 working days
- Other serviceable PIN codes — 3 to 6 working days
- North-east, Ladakh and island territories — 6 to 9 working days
Shipping is free on orders above the threshold shown in your cart. Below it, a flat handling charge applies regardless of order weight.
The 7-day replacement promise
If a toy arrives damaged, incomplete or faulty, send a photograph to the help desk within 7 days. We replace it at our cost, and for most items we do not ask you to ship the faulty one back.
Returns on unopened goods
Items in original, unopened packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Once a sealed box is opened we can only replace faulty goods, because opened toys cannot be resold as new.
Soft toys and anything that has been used cannot be returned on change of mind, for hygiene reasons.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer once you share account details with the help desk.
