What we collect
We collect only what an order needs: your name, delivery address, phone number and email. Payment details are handled by our payment partner and never touch our servers.
Children
Our store is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we never ask for a child's name, age or date of birth at checkout — if you tell us an age for gift advice, it is used for that conversation and not stored against your account.
Why we collect it
- To pack, ship and track your order
- To contact you about delivery or a replacement
- To send new-arrival emails, if you asked for them
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share your contact details with any third party other than the courier carrying your parcel.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to remember your cart, keep you signed in and understand which pages shoppers find useful. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Your control
Write to the help desk at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We action deletion requests within 30 days, except where order records must be retained for tax purposes.
