The agreement between you and Sabprabs Toys.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email when the order is dispatched. We may decline an order where stock has sold out, a PIN code is not serviceable, or a listing carried a pricing error.
Age grading and supervision
Age ranges shown on our listings are safety guidelines based on certification testing. They are not a judgement of ability. Toys marked 3+ contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three. Ride-on toys, projectile toys and science kits are sold on the understanding that an adult supervises their use.
Product images
Photographs and illustrations are representative. Colours, pack artwork and accessory shades vary between production batches, and a variation in finish is not a fault.
Pricing
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may revise prices at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by a defective product, which remains governed by Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office.
