How do I know a toy is safe for my child’s age?
Every listing carries an age range under Specifications, and it reflects safety testing rather than difficulty. Anything containing small parts is marked 3+ regardless of how simple it looks.
Are your toys BIS certified?
Yes. Toys sold in India must carry BIS certification, and we verify the certificate against the batch before listing. Imported lines additionally carry EN71, and both are listed under Specifications.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Send us a photograph within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at our cost. For most items we do not ask you to ship the faulty one back.
Do batteries come included?
Only where the listing says Included or Rechargeable pack included. Loose AA and AAA cells cannot be shipped with every order, so most battery-operated toys are marked not included.
Can I return a toy my child did not like?
Unopened items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days. Once a sealed box is opened we can only replace faulty goods, because we cannot resell opened toys as new.
Do you gift wrap?
Retail packaging is protected in transit and arrives ready to hand over. Add a note at checkout and we will leave the invoice out of the parcel and email it to you instead.
Do you quote for schools and bulk orders?
Yes. The bulk desk handles schools, day-care centres, birthday return gifts and corporate gifting with age-mixed cartons, GST invoicing and a committed delivery date.
